Our Solution:

We created a family-friendly holiday website, featuring Santa! Our website invited families to listen to a video story read aloud by the jolly man himself, provided instructions for holiday craft activities and treats that could be created together and featured a simple booking system to sign up to receive a Zoom call from Santa!

We hired Santa to pre-record video of his reading of a lovely holiday story. For the Zoom experience, our Santa placed a video call to the family from his workshop at the pre-arranged time and spoke directly with the children to hear their holiday wishes in lieu of being unable to host his usual in-person meet-up. Santa calls were a big hit with the children, and we were grateful that Santa was able to pivot to virtual during the pandemic!
