A digital gift for tenants and the community.

With the pandemic keeping tenants working from home, we proposed a fun way to share the “spirit” of the season: a holiday website featuring personal holiday messages from the Property Management team and a cocktail (and mocktail!) recipe for the holidays.

We shot a short custom video of an award-winning local mixologist creating the specialty Triovest holiday drinks and explaining the science behind making the perfect cocktail. The website included messaging around the generous holiday charitable donation made by the client in lieu of the seasonal party. Tenant representatives received an email link to the site and were encouraged to share it with their employees.
